APPETIZERS AND SOUPS

SOUP OF THE DAY - Chef's daily prepared soup.                                                                      
FRENCH ONION SOUP
House specialty made with caramelized onions, fresh beef stock and a touch of marsala topped with seasoned croutons and melted Gruyere cheese.                                                
BAKED BRIE (20 minutes preparation time)
With roasted garlic and slivered almonds and served with melba rounds.
SHRIMP WONTONS
(6) crisp wontons filled with our own special blend of shrimp and cream cheese.
SHRIMP COCKTAIL
Large shrimp served with tangy cocktail sauce and lemon wedge.
SALADS AS AN ENTRÉE
Served with assorted crackers
CASHEW CHICKEN SALAD
Chicken salad topped with cashews, garnished with asparagus spears, tomato, egg wedges, olives, and pickles. Served with your choice of dressing.
CAESAR SALAD
Romaine lettuce, croutons, parmesan cheese and classic Caesar dressing.  Add chicken breast, sirloin steak or shrimp
DINNER SELECTIONS ON THE LIGHT SIDE
Served with a garden fresh salad or Chef's daily prepared soup of the day
HOT TURKEY OR ROAST BEEF SANDWICH
Tender Tom turkey, or roast beef stacked high on fresh bread and smothered with brown gravy. Served with your choice of whipped or French fried potatoes.
FISH AND CHIPS
Lightly battered halibut filets served with French fried potatoes, Cole slaw and tarter sauce.
SPAGHETTI DINNER
Topped with our unique meat sauce and served with garlic bread.
ALL AMERICAN HAMBURGER
A 1/3 pound lean ground round patty and choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Served with French fried potatoes and  pickle spear.
CHICKEN FRIED STEAK
Freshly prepared in our kitchen and served with whipped potatoes.
LIVER, BACON AND ONIONS
Choice beef liver cooked with crisp bacon and grilled onions. Served with a baked potato.
CHICKEN BREAST FAJITAS
Marinated morsels of chicken, with sautéed red and green pepper and red onion. Served with warm tortillas, sour cream, salsa and shredded cheese.
 

DINNER
All dinner selections include our special house salad or a cup of soup, hot roll basket and sweet cream butter, and our vegetable of the day

CHICKEN PICCATA
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with garlic and caper sauce, choice of whipped potato, baked potato, French fries, rice or pasta.
FETTUCCINE ALFREDO
Alfredo sauce served over a bowl of fettuccini pasta.        Add Chicken     or      Add Shrimp
BEEF STROGANOFF
This stately dish is made with tenderloin tips, onions and mushrooms sautéed in butter. Deglazed with sherry and finished with our special blended sour cream sauce, served over whole egg noodles.
STEAK AU POIVRE
New York strip steak encrusted with a medley of coarsely ground pepper, sautéed and deglazed with brandy and finished with a heavy cream sauce. Served with your choice of whipped potato, baked potato, French fries, rice or pasta.
VJ's STUFFED RAV's
A plate of raviolis stuffed with your choice of portabello mushrooms or meat and topped with your choice of marinara or Alfredo sauce.
TOURNEDOS OF BEEF ROSSINI
Beef tenderloin medallions sautéed in butter and served with croutons topped with mushroom caps and madeira sauce. Served with your choice of whipped potato, baked potato, French fries, rice or pasta.
