SHRIMP LOUIE
Gulf shrimp on a bed of lettuce with tomato, eggs, olives, pickles and  lemon wedges.

Seasonal fruit assortment served with choice of yogurt, cottage cheese or sherbet.
GRILLED CHICKEN CAESAR
Grilled filet of chicken on top a traditional Caesar salad with tomato and croutons.

Traditional Greek salad with mushrooms, black olives, cucumber, tomato, purple onion, and feta cheese and light Vinaigrette dressing.    Add Chicken

Tender seasoned chicken baked in sauce and cheese smothered with lettuce and tomato.

A special array of entrees, salads relish trays, desserts and Chef's choice soup.

1/3 pound cooked your way with lettuce, onion, pickle and tomato.  Add cheddar, Swiss, or Monterey Jack

CHICKEN MALIBU SANDWICH
Filet of chicken breast deep fried, shaved ham and Swiss cheese on a sesame bun and garnished with tomato, lettuce and our special sauce.
FRENCH DIP
Tender Baron of Beef served with Au jus and whipped potatoes or fries.
HOT TURKEY OR ROAST BEEF
Tender Tom turkey or fresh roast beef piled high on an open-faced bun, smothered with homemade gravy, served with fluffy potatoes.
HOUSTON HALIBUT
Filet of halibut, marinated in citrus juice and char-grilled, topped with shredded lettuce, salsa fresca and guacamole.
STEAK SANDWICH
8 oz. New York served on a grilled English muffin along with onion rings and French fried potatoes.
REUBEN STACK SANDWICH
Thin slices of cured corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Russian dressing served on grilled rye bread.
PATTY MELT DELUXE
1/3 pound of beef smothered with Swiss cheese on rye bread.
DELI SANDWICHES
Freshly shaved roast beef, baked ham, corned beef, bacon or roast turkey served on your choice of whole wheat or white hoagie, fresh rye or sourdough bread with lettuce and tomato and served with French fried potatoes
ROAST BEEF, HAM, CORNED BEEF, BACON OR ROAST TURKEY
            Add cheddar, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese

A cup of today's piping hot should and deli sandwich.
